- Responsible for over all marketing research for both ad hoc and continuous tracking research in supporting the business decision, covering product development, advertising development, shopper insight and other areas. The role will also be required to work with senior management, external agencies, regulators and other third parties.

Job Requirements

- Practical experience and knowledge of quantitative research skill (questionnaire design sampling, analysis and interpretation of quant data) and qualitative research methodologies (groups vs depths, sampling, compiling discussion guides, interpreting Qualitative research results) including tracking research and consumer panel (retail audit information)

- Proven ability ti take information form multiple sources ( Consumer, Sales, Customer and Macro trends) to formulate Insight and provide recommendations and options to inform Brand and Category Strategy
- Strong project management skills and proven experience in managing research projects from brief to Insight delivery
- Good mathematics, analytical skill and presentation
- Cross Cultural Management
- Strong interpersonal skill and relationship management skill able promote cross-functional effectiveness
- Bachelor or Master Degree in business administration or related field
- At least 3-5 years, proven experience of commissioning
Qualitative and Quantitative Consumer research within an FMCG environment
