Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in reviewing, preparation & evaluation of tender/ contract documents
• Attend site visits, negotiations, project site meetings required on all ongoing projects
• Liaise with Quantity Surveyors and sub-contractors on issues relating to progress payments, variation/claims and extension of time.
• Responsible on the settlement of final accounts with the Main Contractor, subcontractors and suppliers
• Responsible for drafting and final submission of the contract provision between the company and any subcontractors
• Prepare and co-ordinate on all correspondence issues with all relevant parties and authorities
• Preparation and monitoring of project cash flows
• Other adhoc duties by Management assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related field
• Minimum 5 years of contract management experience in construction projects specialised in claims management
• Good knowledge, negotiation skills to handle contractual and commercial law/ issues
• Committed, analytical and able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned
• Independent, efficient leader to supervise Quantity Surveyors within the team
