1 Post for Yangon & 1 Post for Rakhine State (Kyauk Phyu)

•Reporting to the Electrical Technical Authority.
•Technical Support to the operating sites in the development and improvement of planned preventative and corrective maintenance programs and practices
•Technical Support to processes which ensure the integrity for all certified electrical equipment identified as safety critical equipment.
•Review/Analyze electrical maintenance PMR’s in the SAP CMMS to optimize and adopt best industry practice.
•Assist in the monitoring and ongoing performance of all HV and LV electrical generation, switchgear, distribution, motor control and consumers.
•Technical Support to assessments (RCA) into poorly performing equipment and associated vendor inspection reports
•Technical Support to the MOC process as an SPA for assigned electrical modifications /changes.

Assist in expediting spare parts in procurement and review spare parts holdings to ensure optimal inventory to meet operational requirement.
•Carry out site visits (On/Offshore) as and when required.
•Prepare and update Standing Instructions, specifications and operating procedures as required
•Liaise with Design Contractors as required.
•Attend Supplier Factory Acceptance Tests as necessary.
•Develop facilities inspection requirements
•Development of Maintenance Management systems
•Participate in technical audits (Engineering & Safety) of Electrical systems.
•Support safe operations and maintenance practices with electrical plant and systems
•Support Electrical Technical Authority role in risk mitigation and investigation of failures of Electrical equipment.

•Degree/Diploma qualified Electrical Engineer. CEng or working towards preferred.
•Minimum 5 years Onshore /Offshore Oil & Gas experience or similar industry.
•Has practiced Operation of and reporting from CMMS systems (SAP).
•Has carried out Root Cause failure analysis on Electrical equipment.
•Understand principles of Electrical HV Generation and Distribution in Oil and Gas Facilities
•Understand Electrical Safe Working systems and associated protection
•Understands principles of Asset Integrity assurance and restoration
•Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
•Good basic computer skills. (MS Word, Excel)
•Strong in maintenance and operation of electrical systems and plant.
•Team player primarily.
