VCS is looking for the Executive Director/General Manager who has the expert knowledge in plastic injection molding to join in the leading firm in Myanmar that manufactures a number of high-tech industrial products.

Ensure the overall efficiency and profitability of molding production.
Regular review of sales backlog to ensure alignment of production resources to budget and company goals.
Review production costs and modify production levels and/or inventory to maintain and enhance profitable operation of molding.
Develop plans for the maximum utilization of materials, machines, and labor.
Establish, implement, and maintain objectives, policies, and procedures in alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
Create, maintain, and communicate the results /trends of various performance metrics.
Assist in the preparation of the department’s annual operating budget
Manage subordinate personnel who supervise employees in the manufacturing of company products.
Responsible for facility safety and oversight of training for production staff on company safety standards.
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Departments to support new product launches, from initial sampling, throughout IQ, OQ and PQ qualifications, and until the project is successfully released to production.
Interact with customers to develop solutions for issues that arise in meeting/maintaining quality and/or delivery expectations.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements in methods and processes to increase productivity and quality.
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Departments as needed to qualify improvements to processes and/or procedures.
Evaluation of need and Return on Investment for capital equipment requests.
Performs duties in accordance to Quality System documentation, including the Quality Manual, Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

10+ years’ experience in the injection molding manufacturing industry, with progressively more responsibility
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Expert knowledge of the plastic injection molding
Preferable who has experience in the Automotive Sector
Experiences involved implementation or set up to get Technical Standard Certification (ISO 16949)
