Job Description :
Management / Operation
• Overall Factory operation
• Ensure the Company policies and guidelines are always in line with government’s
Teams & Conditions
• Responsible for team KPLs ,employee’s engagement surveys and safety.
• Proactive coordination with General Manager to achieve P & L targets for garment.
Business Units
• Maintain the good relationship with internal & External customers
• Deputize as General Manager whenever necessary .
Production
• Oversee the production process from accepting orders ,Consumption ,Raw materials arrival , pattern & Sample ,Making ,Cutting, Sewing ,Quality Control, Finishing till delivery the finished goods to customers.
• Plan the effective production schedules to meet the timelines.
• Support for production’s need.
• Responsible for the quality control and standards.
Export & Import Matters
• Handle Import & Export licenses , documentations ,Form-D process, Telegraphic Transfer with relevant agencies and government’s office.
• Ensure the arrival and departure of goods are in timeline and smooth process

- Male preferred .
- 5 Years and above for management level at Garment Industry
- Oversea experience is advantage
- Active and able to work under pressure
