For Card & Electronic Payments Department

• Manage a diversified team of professionals within the unit of Business Development.
• Prepare & implement short & long term strategies for card & electronic payment business to position the Bank as a leader in the domain among competitors.
• Thrive to innovate and lead the market in terms of card & electronic payment products and services.
• Extra ordinary skill & knowledge on product development, promotions, loyalty programs, product diversification related to Debit, Credit, Pre-Paid cards, Merchant Acquiring Business, E- commerce Business etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation & writing skills.
• Prepare & draft all the documents required for business development & support like forms, applications, terms & conditions, agreement, proposals, offers etc.
• Manage customer services, grievances handling, ensure service quality etc.
• Data collection & analysis, market research on periodic basis as required.
• Branch support for sales, trainings, targets etc.
• Ensure smooth operation of ATMs, POS, call center, Merchant Support, Merchant Acquiring, ATM Deployment, Contracts execution etc.
• Come up with new ideas, innovations, and products & enhance operational efficiency, automate the process etc.
• Fully responsible and takes full ownership of all business products & services and support under the domain.
• Responsibilities include team management, planning, budgeting, team motivation, team evaluation, status reporting, risk assessment, risk monitoring, vendor relationship management, user relationship management and the management of all service level agreements.
• Responsible for providing direction and support for daily operational activities of the unit.
• Team management ensuring that all critical areas are covered with backup resources.
• Employee retention and engagement planning / management.
• Make sure that all issues are closely monitored and tracked up to root cause identification and permanent resolution.
• Guide the teams in envisioning and scoping the support related projects in the context of banking, project planning, defining team structures, roles and responsibilities etc.
• The position is responsible for planning, budgeting, staffing, direction and control of the assigned area.
• Make sure all the Audit review and SLA compliances as required.
• Planning for risk and developing strategies for dealing with potential risks.
• Ensure that all tasks are executed within planned budget and timelines.
• Prepare and implement operational & i manuals, guidelines, trainings etc.

Job Requirements

• Must be Myanmar Citizen.
• Some years of relevant work experience in card & electronic payments domain of the financial institutions with experience in business development & support.
• Working experience in ATM, pos, and Electronic payment system environment.
• Experience in merchant acquiring business including POS & e-commerce.
• Thorough knowledge of card products like Debit, Credit & pre-paid of MasterCard, Visa, Union Pay, proprietary etc.
• Through knowledge on differential products like classic, consumer, commercial, gold, platinum, signature cards etc.
• Thorough knowledge of end to end rife cycle of payment cards & transactions.
• Thorough knowledge of end to end life cycle of merchant processing & transactions.
- Experience on EMV Acquiring and EMV issuing portfolio.
-Through knowledge on products, technology, compliance etc as required by international Payment Associations like Master card, Visa, and Union pay etc.
• Excellent customer handling & problem solving skills.
• Knowledge on card & electronic payment transaction security, risk, fraud & compliance
- Excellent oral / written communication skills.
• Problem management skills.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good Leadership qualities.
- Thorough Cards applications / business knowledge.
- Vendor and user management capabilities.
• MBA/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
