VCS is looking for a Head of Marketing to join in one of the leading cosmetic chain stores in Myanmar.

The purpose of the role is to execute the daily Advertising Operations, manage the Advertising Budget / the seasonal advertising GVN (Gross / Vendor / Net) by brand and work together with merchants to create and negotiate seasonal marketing vendor plans.

Additionally, the head of marketing is responsible for the development and implementation of processes to support a successful execution of the Division’s business strategy.

This position serves as a liaison between the merchants, advertising and store execution. The Executive is also responsible for ensuring that the Merchant Advertising team presents a unified, cohesive and professional “voice” in all communication and interaction on behalf of the Division. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Preferable for degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Public Relations or equivalent
Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies in FMCG industry
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Sound marketing and project management experience, preferably in online and digital advertising
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
