Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

VCS is looking for the experienced HR Manager to join in the Marketing & Advertising Agency based in Yangon.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
2. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; maintaining records, announcing at the company when new rules & regulations set by government.
3. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
4. Formulate Plans for recruitment; arrange vacancy announcement, perform interview process, make recommendations in choosing the candidates, prepare labour contract.
5. Dealing with recruitment agencies for selecting candidates and payments.
6. Ensure providing orientation for new staff
7. Recommending or providing respective development training for all employee from different departments.
8. Ensure building HR data base; maintaining staff personal data, organization chart, training records etc.
9. Monitoring staff’s attendance, leaves tracking, payroll & incentives
10. Dealing with respective government offices (eg., SSB) for employee benefits and tax.
11. Ensure planning, monitoring for performance appraisal of employee; providing guidelines to set personal development objectives & departmental objectives, assessing employee performance, assisting management in decision making for employee’s bonus and promotion.
12. Ensure planning events and management conference with employees (eg., Annual Party, Annual Trip, and other special occasions)
13. Ensure hearing and resolving employee complaints
