The Role

● Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staffing and recruiting
● Develop and implement recruiting strategies
● Provide counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
● Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on talent acquisition

Job Requirements

● Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR management
● Must be a degree holder in relevant discipline
● Strong command of English
● The incumbent must demonstrate team building skills.
