Develop a resourcing strategy and innovative, timely and cost effective best practice solutions to enable the organization to meet its objectives
● Perform detailed and expert analysis and evaluation of the full range of available HR Management Information to identify emerging trends and development needs
● Management of the recruitment process, office and building maintenance, training needs and analysis and implementation and administration resources.
Expert in Myanmar Labor Law
Effective training need analysis and execution of the same. Provide development programs to help the team accomplish its goals
Performance Management : Raise awareness on how to conduct a performance evaluation, results to be reflected in the annual performance appraisal .
Compliance of HR processes and procedures. Ensure that all policies & procedures are well communicated and implemented.
Ensure that all features of the HR Software are being used correctly & information are constantly accurate and updated
Respect deadlines in closing of the HR Projects & Employee Engagement Activities
Ensure a a high level of employee satisfaction & motivation throughout the year (ESS > 90) and decrease sense of discrimination among locals. Maintain a positive, values-based work environment . Diversity Management
Ensure timely recruitment of qualified local candidates,
Ensure real time updating of local internal employee records, including maintaining an updated company organizational structure .
Ensure timely submission of correct local salary computation details & SSB each month. Analyze employee population size and provide an executive summary report on a quarterly basis containing peak points and recommendation
Ensure proper and diligent employment records and documentations at all times.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in HR
● Bachelor’s Degree in HR or relevant discipline
● Strong Command of English
● Must have essential skills:
Performance management, engagement, Headcount planning, Counseling and Negotiation
