Position Summary
 Provide Information Technology lecture along a text book at a variety of levels for a wide range of programs in classroom, lab, or site setting.
 Support trainees to acquire the process of thinking to find answers for practice problems.
 Conduct continuous review and improve instructional materials, methods of teaching, lesson plans.
 Review and adjust the lecture schedule depending on trainees’ intelligibility.
 Relate to trainees’ evaluation and report process.
 Provide necessary support or advice to trainees and graduates.
 Communicate with Head Quarter in Japan to discuss and adjust the syllabus to implement.
 Other related duties as assigned

 Microsoft Excel (Extensive use of MACRO function)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
 Excellent presentation skills.
 Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
 Trainee-focused service orientation.
 VBA programming in office knowledge based on set-up experiences.
 Experience of development for business needs using JAVA for more than 1 year on practical working environment.
 Experience of developing Web system.
 Sufficient knowledge about object-oriented approach.
 Ability to conductmultitask effectively.
 Excellent time management and organizational skills.
 Enthusiastic and kind in personality.
 Provide suitable environment for training (Java, Development tools, Data base)
 Ability to understand the sense of 5S.

Education & Experience Requirements
 2 years of relevant work experience during the past 5 years.
 Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Technology or related field.

Certifications & Licensure
 MCSD Certificate holder preferred.
