About the Company

An international micro banking industry with rapidly growing in Myanmar that recently operating with over 20 branches in Township throughout lower Myanmar.

The Role

Overview of the position in one sentence.

● Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings
● Oversee policies to be up to date
● Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers
● Ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders
● Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment

Job Requirements

● Minimum 2 years of experience in Law-related activities
● Strong command of English
● Ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure
● Knowledge of corporate governance issues
