- Operation ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာလုပ္ငန္းတာ၀န္မ်ားအား စိတ္ပါ၀င္စားစြာ စီမံခန္႔ခဲြႏိုင္သူ။
- အဂၤလိပ္စာ( 4-skills ) ကၽြမ္းက်င္ရမည္။
- Internet &Email , Microsoft Package ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာအသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Management ပိုင္းတြင္ လုပ္သက္ အနည္းဆံုး( ၅ ) ႏွစ္ခန္႔ရွိသူ။
- Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill, Leadership & Management Skill ေကာင္းမြန္သူ။
