Your Mission
Proximity Designs is looking for a high-energy sales professional to lead our National Dealer Sales team in Myanmar. The objective of the role is to drive strong
sales growth through our broad network of dealer stores and independent agents. The product portfolio focuses on a range of innovative irrigation products
developed for Myanmar’s farmers. Since 2004, we’ve sold more than 195,000 products generating significant income increases to rural small-holder farmers.

This role will engage and develop our network of over 175 independent dealer partners located in small towns across rural Myanmar to increase sales. You will
work with all of our channel partners to increase sales of our irrigation products. If you’re a sales professional looking for your next big opportunity to make a huge

Meet Your Team
This senior level management position will lead a team of sales representatives responsible for the development of our channel partners and the achievement of aggressive sales targets. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be part of a senior management team that determines the strategy for our sales and marketing efforts.

What You Will Do
• 1) Engage with our Channel partners to define expectations and establish sales plans to increase revenue from our portfolio of products
2) Recruit, develop and shape Proximity’s Dealer Sales team into a high-caliber sales operation.
• 3) Refine, develop, and measure a set of Key Performance Indicators for tracking sales performance
• 4) Oversee all aspects of channel partner recruitment and ongoing partner management

Job Requirements

1) A proven track record as a leader in sales, dealer management and channel strategic development
2) Private sector consumer goods or industrial sales experience in Asia
3) Keen strategic sense, uncommon analytical thinking and strong operations orientation
4) Strong English and Burmese language skills
6 ) Impeccable business ethics
7) Willingness to travel within Myanmar as required,
approximately 50% of the time
