Hi! We are looking for a Marketing Manager / or more specifically a *Social Media Coordinator*

We are searching for someone who is passionate about technology, social networking, community building, and analytics.
You will create, lead and launch creative marketing initiatives, mainly online . We need a great leader who can build a high performing marketing team that can plan and execute both our events as well as those of our partners and clients. This is a tech start up so creativity is a must. You will get to do all the crazy stunts that you can think of and you’ll get to do it in a new, untapped market.

What you will do:

- Strategic planning and ensuring all marketing campaigns are aligned with company goals and visions
- Create new ways to engage with our audiences online, manage our Community Managers
- Generate awareness for the Jzoo brand, through social media, PR, events, cross-promotion opportunities, and networks
- Constantly explore new and creative opportunities to attract more users
- Create and implement launch campaigns, as well as optimize creative, targeting and messaging
- Improve our presence online ensuring our websites are always updated and a reflection of our brand
- Identify our target audience, supporting the product team throughout the development of new functionality and games
- Manage content creation and marketing assets alongside our Community and Product teams
- Manage SEO, PPC and other programs that drives end user registration
- Provide analytic insights and reports and ensure all marketing efforts are measurable
- Collaborate with companies to integrate social media and online marketing campaigns and provide measurable results.
- Analyze data to make appropriate recommendation on the type of promotions, campaigns, and marketing efforts for better return on investments
- Work with the rest of the executive team to provide strategic recommendations based on key finding and expertise

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience

-Bilingual: English and Burmese are mandatory
-8+ years of experience in marketing from either agency or client side
-Experienced in launching successful marketing campaigns and creating buzz on a global scale
-Extensive experience in digital marketing, including mobile marketing, App Performance Marketing (acquire, grow, retain)
-Excellent problem solving and strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
-Experienced with analyzing data and KPI/Metrics to make recommendations and identify key opportunities
-Excellent project management skills; experience working in a very fast paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining acute attention to detail
-Knowledge in various social media platforms and stay on top of industry news and trends
-Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and work with a sense of urgency.
-Ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables are top notch.
-Self-motivated and flexible as we are a startup; therefore things move really quickly.
