Marketing Manager
SUMMARY
Reporting to the Directors, this position oversees the day-to-day marketing communication functions of company’s advertising, branding, interactive marketing, channel engagement and promotions activities. Oversee the product launch activities, literature development, website activities, direct marketing programs, brand management, trade shows and sales programs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to maximize market penetration in all core markets.

Purpose of the Job
To implement the market demands, formulate the new market plan

Responsibilities:
1. To work closely with COO
2. To implement and formulate the market demands, pricing, market distribution
3. To plan and maintain current market and the new market
4. To research on competitor market and activities and market planning
5. To plan for Sale Promotion and Advertising
6. To plan for promotion budget
7. To present the Product Design, Package Design which can attract to the market and consumers
8. To liaise and negotiate with respective managers to observe on customer complaints and build the strategy for complaint handling
9. To analyze the market research on the competitor products and company products, develop the marketing plan
10. Short term and long term planning for marketing department, to analyze the monthly and yearly sales and generate ideas and give advices
11. To seek the new route to remote places, seek for the new sales representatives/distributors
12. To train and lead the organizational members to operate systematically and be in smooth operation
13. To analyze and review on the performance of marketing team
14. To liaise with the person in charge from sales team
15. To research and analyze the future market
16. To perform any other duties assigned by management
17. Plan for sale promotion plan, advertising plan, formulate on competitor products and activities and develop the strategies
18. To perform to meet the needs for ISO Requirement

Job Requirements

This individual should have:
Strong knowledge of marketing concepts including market assessment, competitive positioning, customer trends and loyalty, marketing planning, sales support and measuring performance
Strategic competency in B2B channel marketing tactics including market research, engagement, market development funds and incentives, training, tiered programs, asset development and relationship building. Must be able to manage budget, analyze results and report on Return on Investment (ROI).
Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate these concepts internally and externally
Excellent time management, decision-making, leadership, presentation, and organizational skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Proficiency at using Sales Force, Proficient at understanding lead pipelines and contact management
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualification Required: Bachelor Degree holder; preferably Marketing or Business Management
Working Experiences: 3 years’ above having functional experience in the same role
