1. Provide high-level expertise and skills to deliver excellent network and communication solutions/services.
2. Ensure network related faults and tasks are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
3. Assist in the acquisition, design, installation, configuration and support of network infrastructure.
4. Assist in tender responses, recommendations and implementation projects.
5. Manage infrastructure documentations
(e.g. network diagrams, Design Documentations and device configurations etc.) ensuring it is updated.
6. Liaise with product partners/3rd party support for network infrastructure delivery, maintenance, installation and support.
7. Support in research, analysis and monitoring to identify network support needs for end-user services.
8. Follow up with clients to ensure issues
9. Ensure service levels are achieved in line with contracts and customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.
10. Update Service Catalogues.
11. Update the Service Management System, ensuring all incidents and service requests are logged/updated, categorized and allocated accurately an efficiently.
12. Collaborate with other IT teams for projects/support.
13. Provide information and analyze incidents.
14. Ensure that One Cloud’s Mission and Vision, strategy and business plan are understood.
15. Contribute to the success of One Cloud and assist in improving the overall customer experience.
16. Undertake other duties as required.
17. Report to Project Manager for every status and work case.

Bachelor or Diploma in IT Engineering.
 Knowledge of Networking Infrastructure (LAN, WAN), WAN optimization, network security and collaboration technologies from various vendors.
 Ability to design (High Level and Low Level), stage, configure and implement complex network solutions.
 Experience in various topologies, Protocols and Networking technologies including but not limited to LACP, PAGP, OSPF, BGP, RADIUS, STP, VRRP/HSRP, QoS, MPLS, VPLS, NAT, layer 2/Layer 3 switching and routing, Disaster Recovery, collaboration.
 Good Knowledge of System Engineering, VMware, Linux and Windows Server Environment.
 Ability to implement and manage LANs, WANs, DR including traffic management, capacity planning, fault resolution, upgrading and creation of new network environments.
 Good customer service, clear verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. English language is a "Must".
 Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize issues and work under pressure during busy periods with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
 Advanced conceptual, analytical and problem-solving ability.
 Possession of CCNA or higher.
 Must be well versed on Microsoft Office and Visio Software.
 Prepared to travel.
