Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Manage to do analysis for prices and items of goods for Mini Mart
-Motivate, encourage , and challenge mini mart operations
-Negotitate and manage contracts with supplier
-Manage to resolve and solve the customer complaints smoothly , in a timely and professional manner
-Impletement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure mini mart is clean adequately stocked , organized , and well kept
-Manage to be excellent customer service
-Supervise , and discipline all staff according to company policy in mini mart operation
-Manage to monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage,and drive offs daily
-Understand of all information i the daily reporting of mini mart operations
-Communicate any problems with merchandise pricing to the Price Book Asministrator
-Enforce Safety and Security awareness to staff
-Prapare m revise and submit reports, budget and other documentation
-Review customer reviews and cudtomer related statistics
-Have knowledge of related software program and operate by software in operation

-Bechelor of Degree Holder and Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
-Above (3-5) years exeperience in Mini Mart / Super Mart operation
-Ages 28-35 and Female
-Professionalism in Analysis and problem solving
-Strong in computer applications and related software program
-Knowledgeable in Sales and Marketing
