Production Manager at one of the Leading Engineering and Manufacturing Company in Myanmar

o To Lead and Manage the production activities within the factory
o Up to 1,300,000 Kyats + Bonus

About the Company

Our client is a leader in switch gear panel and transformer manufacturing throughout Myanmar and offer liquid-filled and dry-type transformers, as well as services for complete life-cycle support, including replacement parts and components.

The Role

● Direct responsibility for discipline in the production work force.
● Direct responsibility for operation and basic maintenance of production lines.
● Direct responsibility for safety of personnel and equipment in production function.
● Experience in leading managing people to accomplish improved business results.
● Direct responsibility for coordination with other functions on production related activities.
● To manage the production team with a high understanding of Generator and Electrical devices.

Job Requirements

● At least 5-7 years’ experiences in Production Department
● Bachelor Degree Holder of the Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Preferred)
● Must have a hands on Experiences of Generator and Electrical Devices
● Must have a high understanding of production management
