Project Manager at International Logistics Service Company

o Overall warehouse construction management and budgetary control from beginning to end of projects
o Up to 2,500,000 Kyats plus Bonus

About the Company

Our client is a group of companies across 7 countries in Asia, which is providing a wide range of shipping and logistics services.

The Role

● Manage end to end warehouse construction projects from conception to completion
● Create project schedules by working closely with upper management and securing of building permits
● Make financial planning by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget and reviewing compensation actions
● Conduct construction safety and monitor worker productivity
● Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for the delivery of materials and equipment
● Ensure each stage of construction is progressing on time, on budget with high quality standards
● Make preventive actions, mitigate risks and revised schedules as per job requirements to avoid delays

Job Requirements

● Minimum 8 years of working experience in construction project management,
● Experienced in managing industrial building construction
● Degree holder of Civil Engineering
● Strong decision maker of design and structural drawings
● Adept with information and technology areas
● Good leadership skills, accurate time management with Business English skills
