There is a job opening for the position of the Sales and Distribution Manager in our company. The person will be responsible for meeting sales objectives, managing and monitoring projects,conduct sales coaching sessions and performance evaluation of the sales staff. He will be responsible for Sales Strategy for all the company.

Job Requirements

1.Setting objectives, sales target in collaboration with Senior Management Team
2.Coaching and developing sales representatives
3.Responsible for coming up with yearly area sales plan with inputs from SD
4.Review and consolidate reports done by SR,PG and provide appropriate feedback
5.Monitor each team member sales effectiveness KPIs and provide coaching to achieve individual and team KPIs
6.Lead sales activities, channel engagement and local marketing events
7.Adhere to internal and external requirements on business ethics
8.Excellent in presentations, business analysis, strategic sales, sales planning, contract negotiations
9. Results driven
10.Fluency in English
