Kospa is a 3PL provider, operates a multi temperature storage warehouse facility in Yangon for the. The facility complies with best practice and also includes a state of art Warehouse Management system. Our clients include companies from the agricultural, FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors throughout Myanmar.

In addition to warehousing, Kospa has fleet infrastructure to manage long and short haul transport requirements for the Myanmar market.


The Role;
You will provide critical input for the growth of revenue and client portfolio for Kospa’s logistics services across multiple customer channels including retail, HORECA, Institutions and other channels. The role will be responsible for the implementation of sales, business development and marketing plans. This is a senior role and will require the successful applicant to demonstrate well developed customer relationship management skills, business planning and team management. Successfully managing revenue and margin growth, whilst motivating and effectively managing a team of sales and business development executives will be a critical success factor for the role.

Job Requirements

Graduate with at least 10 years’ experience in a Sales or Senior Commercial role in a Logistics / 3PL or similar companies B2B sales development role in a customer facing role with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Myanmar.
