Main Responsibilities

Assist sales director to complete the planning and implementation of the company’s sales events.

Job Description

1. Responsible for advertising the brand in oversea, planning of public relation events;
2. Responsible for organizing & implementing every types of marketing events;
3. Responsible for full operational management work of the sales site;
4. Responsible for handling clients’ inquires, orders, answering Q&A during the contract signing process;
5. Responsible for building & maintaining client’s relationship channel;
6. Responsible for overall management and procurement of goods and materials required by the events;
7. Responsible for completing other tasks given by supervising leaders.

Main Coordination

External: clients, cooperating companies
Internal: every department in headquarters, every department in project/JV Company

Main scope of performance assessment:

1, Completion of monthly work schedule;
2, Completion of main responsibilities

Job Requirements

1. Education Requirements
1.1 at least undergraduate;
1.2 company management, business management, commercial management, market sales, etc possess relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage;

2. Work Experience
2.1 at least 4 years of property management experience shall be required;
2.2 at least 3 years of middle management experience.

3. Technical Requirements
3.1 management skills: possess complete knowledge with regard to property sales & management;
3.2 Language skills: must be fluent in speaking, reading, listening and reading skills in Chinese (mandarin) & English;
3.3 Computer Skills: Able to us computer daily office software and possess network knowledge;
3.4 Other skills: Possess excellent professional dedication and standard, preferences shall be given to the candidate who used to work in middle management position.

4. Training Requirements:

4.1 training for company management, property sales planning, etc
