• Develop sales action plans and implement marketing strategies by analyzing trends and results.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Monitor sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Monitor sales progress and sales results by counseling and disciplining sales team; planning, monitoring, and appraising their performance.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or at least 5 years of experiences in engineering related field
• Experiences in Building materials or Elevators/Escalators will be preferred.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
