 Provide overall leadership and direction for the department
 Lead, motivate and coach the team to perform the functions effectively and efficiently
 Drive profitable sales and develop annual sales plan
 Set individual sales target and drive the sales team to outperform
 Work with manufacturer to coordinate sales, product training and ordering
 Cultivate, and enhance, relationships with new and existing customers
 Provide timely report for sales, order forecast and updates
 Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

 Bachelor Degree or equivalent
 Around 5-10 years’ experience in sales
 Preferably with driving license
 Business proficiency in English, and Burmese/Mandarin is desirable
