- ဘြဲ႔တစ္ခုခုရရွိၿပီးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- MBA (သို႔) Sales ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ေသာ Diploma (သို႔) certificate ရရွိထားသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အသက္ (၂၅) ႏွစ္မွ (၄၀) ႏွစ္အတြင္းျဖစ္ရမည္။
- သက္ဆိုင္ရာလုပ္ငန္းနယ္ပယ္တြင္အနည္းဆုံးလုပ္သက္ (၅) ႏွစ္ႏွင့္အထက္ရွိ၍ Manager ရာထူးတြင္ လုပ္သက္ အနည္းဆုံး (၃) ႏွစ္ႏွင့္ အထက္ရွိရမည္။
- Automobile လုပ္ငန္းတြင္ အေတြ႕အႀကဳံရွိသူဦးစားေပးမည္။
- English (4) Skills ႏွင့္ Computer ကၽြမ္းက်င္ရမည္။
- လူမႈဆက္ဆံေရးေကာင္းမြန္ၿပီး ႀကိဳးစားလိုစိတ္ရွိ၍ အခ်ိန္ေပးႏိုင္သူ၊ သည္းခံစိတ္ရွိသူ ၊ အသင္းအဖြဲ႕ႏွင့္ လိုက္ေလ်ာညီေထြစြာ လုပ္ကိုင္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
