 Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
 Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
 Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
 Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
 Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
 Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
 Dealing with sales, as and when required.
 Specific Skills Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations; Manage staff and assign duties.
 Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales; Perform cash deposits; Balance daily transactions.
 Directs brand appropriate strategic merchandising to maximize sales in alignment with the Visual Planning Assessment.
 Develops hiring plan to meet specific needs of business and store, including a diverse applicant pool.
 updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
 touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues;
 maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing;
 initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market;
 promoting the organization locally by liaising with local schools, newspapers and the community in general;
 dealing with sales, as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate, BBA (or) MBA preferred
• minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Sound knowledge of sales techniques & customer services
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
• Have strong communication and expanded network
• Have Leadership skill, presentation skills and management skills
• Proven ability to motivate and lead the team
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Committed to learning and development
• Strong communication skills with very good English proficiency
• Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
