An Exciting Opportunity for ...

VCS is looking for the experienced Sales Manager to join in the leading industrial products manufacturing company in Yangon.

Purpose of the Job: To develop the sales and business development sectors with specific accountability.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with and report to COO
2. Raise the plans of visit calls, negotiate together with Assistant Manager
3. Personal Selling to all retail and whole shops
4. Solve problems of all accounts and outlet without hesitation
5. Take care of shops and orders to be valid
6. Train the sales person
7. Note and indicate the performance of the staff and sales quote
8. Advise further for all the problems of sales team and supervise them
9. Oversee the whole sales team needs and recruit new staff if needed
10. Work out the programs on commission and compensation of the sales team
11. Analysis the sales data
12. Prepare the sales meeting regularly to discuss the market information with team
13. Get the instructions from senior management and implement the business expansion
14. Implements national sales programs by advising the senior management
15. Report to COO of the summary of Sales Data, Analysis Data and Customer Information
16. Manage the administration of shops and the office
17. Follow up the random orders and instructions of management team
18. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue to hit the target
19. Formulate sales policies and procedures of invoices
20. Conduct the requirements of ISO
21. Prepare the monthly sales report
22. Describe the monthly and semimonthly sales forecast to COO by checking with the sales and marketing department
23. Manage the end of the month sales review and report to COO
24. Fulfill the necessary items and manage sales center of all requirements shown above
25. Perform any other activity assigned by the management team

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Prefer MBA, B.Sc, Business Admin, Marketing Management Degree holder
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related field
(Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing)
