Job Scope/ Key responsibilities:
• Accomplishes sales and marketing human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching sales staff.
• Monitoring and reviewing job contributions, expectation and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Achieves sales and marketing operational objectives by contributing sales and marketing information, reviewing customer-service standards, resolving problems.
• Establish and maintain close personal contact with top echelon customers and develop new customers within existing product lines.
• Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products, analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling price.
• Meets sales and marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirement, preparing annual sales budget, scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions.
• Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Submit and review regularly the sales activity forecast, prospect list and relevant reports to the Country Manager
• To update and continuously review the market and potential customer demand

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven successful working experience in sales & marketing.
• Good command of English and Presentation skills.
• Must be self-driven, organized, provide timely communication and possess analytical skills.
• Energetic, Self-motivated, Proactive and Positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Travelling around the country is compulsory
