VCS is looking for the experienced "Senior Account Manager" to join in the PR Department, Corporate Communications Section of Marketing Leading Advertising Agency in Yangon.

The Responsibilities
*Work closely with senior agency staff and clients in conceptualizing, writing and implementing creative and meaningful communications strategies.
*Serve as senior agency contact to a group of accounts; lead and direct all program efforts to ensure client satisfaction; bring value-added approach to all issues and projects.
*Develop and manage projects/programs, including implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans and timelines.
*Develop and manage budgets and business plans in concert with established corporate fiscal goals, maintaining and monitoring account profitability.
*Effectively support clients as they deal with crisis or issues situations.
*Manage, motivate and develop staff members ensuring a high level of client service and delivery on client, practice and agency objectives.
*Participate in hiring, assessment and career development activities.
*Identify strengths and weaknesses of team members, providing guidance and counsel on job performance and career development as appropriate.
*Identify and pursue opportunities for developing new business within and across company offices and practice areas.
*Provide leadership in developing and presenting new business programs for potential and existing clients.
*Be an active member of the client and target community; cultivate relationships with influencers and other key external business partners; engage with clients appropriately to cement relations
and better understand their business and issues.
*Partner with colleagues within wider network of communications practitioners to generate business and service integrated accounts.
*Articulate and apply agency vision, goals, practice areas, products and overall capabilities.
*Routinely contribute to agency growth and performance as project, team, group and agency leader.

*An experienced, well-rounded PR practitioner who continually seeks new ways to learn, improve and contribute.
*Experienced in building and protecting corporate reputations.
*Confident in advising clients on issues/crisis situations and can develop and activate proactive/mitigation plans.
*Added Bonus: Experience in financial/investor comms or public affairs/gov relations work
*Thinks big picture while being detail oriented.
*Exhibits a sense of curiosity about client work and seeks more information and knowledge in response.
