Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Accountable for the development, implementation and coordination of various internal auditing activities and projects.
• Manages the internal audit of a portfolio of the companies by either providing the internal audit service or exercising oversight function to the subsidiaries’ internal audit functions
• Prepares a risk-based annual audit work plan for the parent company and other subsidiaries covered by the parent company’s internal audit function
• Plans and executes financial, regulatory, compliance and operational reviews/audits for covered companies
• Conducts review of governance initiatives and risk management processes
• Provides advisory and related client service activities to the Group of Companies
• Prepares audit reports for the respective management and audit committees of the parent company and other subsidiaries covered by the IA function
• Interacts with senior management and audit committees of Group of Companies
• Provides strong support to the Head of Internal Audit in terms of expanding the Internal Audit Department’s services and improving the IA processes and methodology to increase overall productivity and keep abreast with international best practices

Job Requirements

• With at least (8-10) Years of related work experience in Internal Audit with proven tracker record in leadership and team management.
• Exposure to development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Financial Analysis, Internal Control Systems, Risk Management in ERP environment
• Minimum Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable higher educational institution.
• Professional Qualifications: ACCA, CIA, CFA, CFE etc or MBA would be an added advantage.
