We are looking for experienced Senior Java developers to lead and handle the project.
– To design, develop and implement applications / software / systems for the client according to existing corporate software development standards.
– To write system specification(English) and user documentation for the developed systems.
– To design and develop database.
– To test and debug software.
– To lead and teach junior software engineers and support their assigned development tasks.
– To do any other duties when assigned by supervisor or project managers.
Job Requirements
Position Requirements:
(1) At least Degree Holder, preferably Computer Science related Degree
(2) At least 2 years working experience in Java SE and Java EE
(3) Can manage the whole software development project (SDLC) well as the leader
(4) Can lead, guide and train juniors
(5) Can use Effective English speaking and writing skills
(6) Can communicate with others and work well in a team
(7) Can do multi-task and engage multiple stakeholders at once
(8) Can solve the problem and work independently
(9) Strong commitment to safety and ethical behavior
(10) Passionate about new Technologies and willing to learn it
(11) Passion to drive outcomes and results
(12) Knowledge for php is the additional evaluated.
(13) Japanese language is the additional evaluated.(Japanese is not mandatory.)
