• • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
• Dealing with sales, as and when required
• Accountable of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business unit supported.
• Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets. .
• Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Monitors and reports individual sales associate performance relative to sales goals and measures.
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
• Maintain and ensure a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities within the own department.
• Specific Skills Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations; Manage staff and assign duties.
• Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
• Accomplishes sales staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
• Know all of the Job Descriptions of sale Department and accountable for the operations and give right decision.
• Undertake the job assigned by the Superiors.
• Enhance co-operation, communication and organizing with other departments
• Plan, direct, and supervise all activities relating to the administrative operations.
• Improves support services' quality by updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
• Directs staffing, training, Planning and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
• Ensure that sales staff members receive appropriate training to perform their jobs effectively.
• Develop business strategies and goals.
• Develop and oversee operating budget.
• Revise staff job descriptions when necessary to increase efficiency and achievement of the company’s goals, with input from staff and other appropriate resources.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate, BBA (or) MBA preferred
• minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Sound knowledge of sales techniques & customer services
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
• Have strong communication and expanded network
• Have Leadership skill, presentation skills and management skills
• Proven ability to motivate and lead the team
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Committed to learning and development
• Strong communication skills with very good English proficiency
• Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
