ROLE
Increase sales, profitability and operational efficiency of business units

JOB DESCRIPTON
A. KEY RESULT AREAS
• Maintain and increase the sales of Retail and Corporate Business Units
• Achieve profitability (cost, revenue & loss) targets for brand shops, retail sales, corporate sales
• Participate in the formulation of sales strategy/ planning and business development strategy
• Strengthen distribution network and improve performance of sales force

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible to drive sales forces to achieve sales targets
2. Improve profitability of the business units ( Brand Shops, Retail Sales, Wholesale and Corporate Sales)
3. Collaborate with Assist. Director and CEO in order to set up and forecast the achievable sales targets
4. Analyse sales reports provided from Sales MIS (SFE) teams and report to CEO for sales forecasting
5. Update and develop most effective sales strategies (Marketing Campaigns/ Promotions)/ route plans for sales force to achieve the targets
6. Constantly observe telecom market and other related markets for potential business opportunities
7. Supervise and motivate the branch managers, assistant branch manager, and shop supervisors to provide effective training and motivation to sales staff in order to produce high sales
8. Drive implementation of marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and visibility for Brand Shops & distribution products
9. Ensure Retail Sales Centres generate effective sales by improving the product catalogues, sourcing and sales effectiveness
10. Ensure implementation of route plans, customer relationship building, new customer acquisition, market share increase etc.
11. Corporate Key Account Management - Make inroads in key corporates. Foster positive relationships at all levels, particularly senior management levels and develop sales opportunities
12. Maintain consistent pipeline of Corporate Sales opportunities.
13. Documentation - Maintain and update enterprise account dockets
14. Feedback - Liaison with SFE Team on regular basis and share market feedback
15. Competition Tracking - Track competition in your accounts and strategies
16. Manage and Monitor sales force performance – improve performance by implementing SOP’s/ KPI’s and ensuring compliance
