Responsibility
Responsible for demonstrating and leasing real estate through use the effective rental techniques, aggressive negotiation skill and thorough knowledge of the market.

Tasks
 Work with different department, including engineering, for site lease requirements.
 Lead site lease team to look for potential eligible sites.
 Liaison between site owner and Frontiir field engineering team to do site survey and qualify the site.
 Negotiate site lease term and contract.
 Manage and oversee site lease team.
 Manage existing sites for lease payment and contract renewals.
 Work with legal department and site owners in case of the site owner breaching on contract terms and close the matter in most effective way protecting the contract.
 Market analysis of the neighborhood.
 Organize and file all reports, leases and paperwork.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
 Effective verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of general office procedures is necessary.
