Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Checked and control appraisal annually for subordinate and performance appraisal annually for supervisor.
- Provide advice about technical issue and any problem at site to subordinate on time.
- Received all technical issue and any problem at site and provide advice with solution on time to supervisor.
- Make MR request as per work order & company policy.
- Monthly meeting with customer on site if require from customer.
- Monthly check and follow up schedule maintenance and repair work with supervisor.
- Oversee tools/material/safety equipment as per job requirement.
- Control housekeeping workshop in order to have available space for storing and repairing parts.
- Monthly- check summary report that prepare by supervisor and send to customer.
- Collect all request from customer and inform from supervisor to make quotations if require.
- Check and confirm subordinate take leave from supervisor.
- Provide information to supervisor for subordinate evaluation.
- Perform other tasks that assigned by Deputy Manager or Service Division Manager.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/MEP or related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2 ~ 5 years experience in engineering/MEP and site management.
- At least 1 or 2 year experience in the same position.
- Good management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with others and maintain good relationships with them.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in carious stages of effective and efficient results.
- Good Command of English Language.
