KEY RESULT AREAS
1.Proactive management of key relationships stakeholders & strategic relationships with key commercial partners.
2. Smooth escalation and management of Service Level Agreements
3. The position has an impact on partnerships development between DMM and commercial partners.
4. This strategic post ensures a sustainable funding base for the delivery of DMM and its product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Work with extended team to create and agree the communication channels in the industry.
 Develop the approach, strategy and goals for effective partnerships
 Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and partner recruitment goals

KEY DUTIES
Secure revenue commitments from your portfolio of partners and accurately forecast your partner business
 Facilitate, develop and manage sales enablement and training plans to ensure partners are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively to meet revenue objectives.
 Manage channel conflict
 Develop partner business plans and program objectives to support revenue commitments
 Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, measuring partner performance against pre-established business metrics
 Demonstrate leadership acumen and align Telenor Myanmar DMM ambitions with overall company strategic goals
 Process Management: Ensure processes are compliant and within regulatory framework
 Mentor team members and help develop skill set for future leaders in DMM
 Develop a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, sharing ideas and feedback to contribute to the development of Telenor Myanmar DMM

KEY PERFORMANCE & SUCCESS INDICATORS
 Performance: Develop strategies between DMM and Partners in line with Board approval; ensure utilization of approved financial resources and relationship management of partnerships..
 Client focus and orientation: Anticipates constraints in the delivery of DMM’s services and proactively identifies, develops and discusses solutions or alternatives
 Results-based improvement and management: Identifies business strategies using a fact-based approach;
Ensure effective operation of DMM strategies and business sustainability; Pre-emptive business risks and constraints by setting out Policies and Prevention plan; Conceptualizes effective approaches to DMM
development and implementation and to mobilizing and using resources
 Leadership and people management: Build a high performance culture by communicating an energizing a compelling vision for future growth, underpinned by challenging business targets and creation of the conditions for success.

Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge Areas
 Experience:
 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning at the Local or International Organization.
 Extensive experience in research and policy-level analysis, strategic management, partnership
management and compliance management.
 Experiences in designing, monitoring and evaluation of partnership process and outcomes
Education and qualifications:
 Qualifications in Social Sciences, International Relations, Political Sciences, Public Policy,
Development, Business Administration and Management or other relevant field. Experiences:
 Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, experience in handling of webbased
management systems and advanced programs for data analysis
