Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

This position will be a key member of the food safety and responsibility for leading the implementation of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) program.
- Monitoring food safety at production and building including but not limited to rest rooms,
changing room, kitchen and building surroundings.
- Checking production area cleanliness and building including rest rooms, changing room,
kitchen and building surroundings.
- Monitoring of water condition by conducting water test accordance with HACCP standard
- Conduct hygiene training & HACCP awareness training as required.
- Monitoring hygiene of employees who handle foods.
- Collect lab analysis document for raw materials, and chemicals.
- Monitor Critical Control Points and writing control plan
- Regularly conduct internal audit on HACCP standard at production.
- Maintain HACCP standards at all time, and monitor production & the whole building in
accordance with HACCP Standards
- Arrange HACCP team meeting with team members as necessary
- Arrange and keep hygiene protective materials such as hygiene caps, shoes, and uniform.

- Any graduate.
