Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Selling our all travel products(Inbound & outbound) to both local and foreigners (So the applicants must have excellent writing and speaking English)
Issuing air tickets and booking hotels
Must have good training and manage skill to junior sale
Providing excellent customer experience
Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
Keeping clients up to date with any changes
Dealing with complaints or refunds
liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, etc
Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands

Job Requirements

At least 3 years experience in Ticketing Field (International & Dosmectic )
Must have experience in issuing flight tickets using Amadeus, Galileo, Abacus and other ticketing systems
Must have knowledge in all the airlines’ policy
Must have excellent speaking & writing skill in English
Must be responsible and able to work under pressure
Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
