Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Manager is responsible for and must supervise the whole warehouse department.
• Must checks invoices and goods from the suppliers every day.
• Categorizes and checks by the amount, supplier name, type, and value.
• Must send requisition for additional supplies and request new code for new goods.
• Must checks and approve the received, payment receipt.
• Must send the invoice, receipt of the receiving and supervises in delivering the goods acquired to the related branches.
• Asks the branches whether the goods delivered are as per the list or not.
• Checks and coordinates with both suppliers and branches if there is an error with the goods.
• Arrange special delivery system for unusual and important matters.
• Responsible for managing the remaining goods, and for listing and reporting the monthly status, and goods flow.

Job Requirements

Age above 30 years.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mid-level management position in warehousing and logistics.
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal/communication skills.
Required specific skills that include keeping, receiving, inventory control, logistics and warehousing.
