• Organizing all activities and assigning jobs to subordinates.
• Setting up layout and space management, working organization chart, procedures like 5S.
• Managing stock in terms of the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; document recording and data entry into system.
• Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’s and Loading’s over-all operations.
• Making plan of all warehouse resources and activities constantly in relation to company objectives and setting targets.
• Supervising schedule of loading and co-operating with Production, Planning, CSD to make sure the delivery time is followed as requirement
• Supervising and ensuring that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and taking responsibility for the security of the factory and stock.
• Issuing inventory, IN/OUT status, dead stock, goods age, consumption, manpower status report to General Manager Plants
• Following up ERP grogram and purchasing procedures with actual activities.
• Implementing cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
• Following up and controlling daily absence and over time calculation.
• Managing headcount and co-operating with HR to evaluate yearly performance appraisal, carry out position evaluation and conduct probation analysis.
• Making plans to develop warehouse staff and loading team by internal on-the-job training.
• Promoting constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse/ loading administration.
• Always researching and making plans to improve and develop all warehouse/ loading operations according to company’s objectives.

• Bachelor degree in any degree.
• 5-year experiences in production.
• 2-year experiences in warehouse management position.
• Leadership skill and team work spirit.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Good communication and negotiation.
• Problem-solving skill.
• Computer: MS office, being familiar with ERP is an advantage.
• Fluent writing and speaking English.
