Duties and Responsibilities Responsible is Servers, Storages, SAM switch, Oracle Solaris systems, Microsoft and Linux Operation systems. Responsible for managing Servers at DC and DR. Implementation, Monitoring, solving, status performance checking Oracle Sparc servers, storages, SAN Switch, Oracle VMs, Microsoft servers and VMware Guest OS. Support daily operations to servers and storages such as capacity management, performance monitoring, provisioning, and network systems connectivity. Manage and administration Servers and support application install such as MS-AD, DNS, FTP and Web. Installation, configuration and maintain hard drives of HP/DELL/Cisco/Oracle Spec servers and storages. Troubleshoot systems to identify and fix performance issues. Execute hardware and software configuration, installation, patching, integration, upgrades and performance security tuning. Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, particularly with networking and the TCP/IP stack. If require MySQL, MariaDB Installation and Implementation. Monitor and maintain backup process such as tape library and external, resolve operational, infrastructure or hardware incidents in a data center. Follow and apply configuration and security standards and policies within a defined Change Management process. Resolve the unexpected system issue with via remote VPN/On site x 24/7 availability.
Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for Software Define Network, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Routers, Switches and monitoring tools. Responsible for handling issues in user network and firewalls such as adding, requesting for service and URL access by adding requested ports and zones. Trouble shooting and creating VPN tunnel with branches, vendors, third parties as per the requirement. Regular health check, monitoring for production network devices and proactively maintenance. Prepare new polices and port forwarding in web and application firewall for UAT & Production environment. Cooperate with vendors, security team and business users for requirements and project-based requirement. Troubleshooting and Creating EPGS, Application profile at core network environment. Policy tuning and binding specific ports between different EPGs Responsible for firewall for public ATMs, Visa-Master, collaborate services (Telenor, MPT, UPI) VPN connections, policies tuning and must meet for 99.9% availability. Responsible for firewall and support to meet 99.9% availability. Responsible for resolving daily network issues related with core network, users’ network as per requirement. 24/7 Standby and proactive for network incidents.
