This use be used as the JD for Academic Coordinator.


Overall, Academic Coordinator needs to liaise with lecturers and students to support teaching and learning effectively. Below are some main responsibilities:

- Planning class timetables and term-planners

- Organising and distributing instructional and learning materials

- Arranging and conducting tests and exams


- Assisting submission of student projects and assignments

- Liaising with overseas partners for student registration and academic matters

- Checking and preparing lecturers class attendance and schedules for payments

- Monitoring and evaluating and student attendance and
disciplinary matters

- Helping with general academic activities

- Supporting some student affairs and services as necessary
