Job Description

• To develop the required check list for cleanliness and check the cleanliness regularly. • To prepare and issue vacant beds status, daily checklist report and follow up. • To report and follow up on repair and maintenance matters in accommodation. • To document all daily activities and events such as TM’s complaint, lost and found cases, broken things, etc. and report to the HRM in time. • To attend to TMs requests and complaints and take initiative to the HR department instructions. • To assist in the inventory of TM’s accommodation beds and amenities. • Sees adequate storage of supplies inventory on assigned area to safeguard against shortage or loss. • Prepares supervisor’s report, accomplishes requisition from and maintenance work orders. • Collects accommodation attendant’s reports and keys for submission to service team members . • Maintains standards of cleanliness of all area in both dormitories, assists in TM canteen cleanliness. • To provide a courteous and professional service at all times. • To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

- Good communication skill with every TMs to with common sense and good judgment - English language requirement ( 4 skills) - Good driving skill to control his/her own team - Sense of urgency - Good practice of computer knowledge - At least 3-4 year experience in related field
