- Account Receivable collection and day-to-day service administration
- General word processing, filing, copying and faxing
- Collation and distribution of minutes, reports and other documents
- Processing the quotation and invoicing
- Undertaking and assisting in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required and instructed
- Ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies
- Supporting the operation team and assigned admin jobs

Job Requirements

- Any bachelor degree holder
- Proven completion of LCCI level 1 and 2
- At least 2 years of working experience in relevant field
- Fresh graduates also applicable
- Computer literate; proficient in office productivity tools (e.g. Email, Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
