An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Co-ordinate the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans
and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.
- Plan campaigns, and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially, while playing
a positive role in new business programs.
- Initialized the marketing campaign ideas/strategy for client.
- Establish a positive partnership with the clients, acting as a day to day contact for the Deputy for
Advertising, coordinate with client and internally to fulfill client’s requirement.
- Internally process control, cost estimate, cost control and payment monitoring.
- Coordinating internally with Creative to create the digital ideas for difference marketing
campaign.
- Creates a positive, collaborative, protective environment that ensures everyone on the team is
well-equipped and motivated to create great work.

Job Requirements

- Must have at least 10 years working experience in agencies with handling account/project management
(including both above the line and below the line)."
- Demonstrated excellence in managing and leading and also perform to expand business.
- Able to discern talent, coach staff and motivate others.
- Proven leader and ability to match issues and work to the appropriate teams and staff people
