Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit transactions.
- Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions form
- Updates receivables y totaling unpaid invoices.
- Maintains proper and accurate customer accounts and ageing reconciling to be general ledger debtors control account
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information form sales,trade promotions, and customer service departments and from customers.
-Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
- Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
- Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and credit line.
- Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts: Coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account: verifying totals: preparing report
- Monthly sales report, Yearly Sales report by and to make ensure that receivable file and receipt file would be in properly and neatly keep.
