- Collect Myanmar telecom market data - Study the existing business/ corporate customers’ behavior, its demand, existing services and their requirements - Identifies business opportunities at corporates and government- Prepare sales plan by township/ business group and update it by monthly/ quarterly/ annually. - Planning for new sales - Prepare product presentations and services - Schedule for meeting with government agencies and enterprises for FBB Sale- Plan for internal process to complete sales- Establish a good relationships with customers by providing support, recommendations, offer new products and solutions- Prepare necessary documents - Dealing with engineering, billing and other related departments for provisioning of services and billing process- Prepare business quotations - Visit customer sites and government agencies - Prepare report and feedback of Enterprises and government agencies after meeting - Follow up after sales service- Review progress of sales and staffs- Prepare reports on sales and marketing activities daily, weekly, monthly- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.- Share customer experience and feedback to Superiors for improvements of QoS and promotion of Sales
- Business Management Degree or IT Related Degree holder - Overseas trainings/certificates on related field is an assets- Must have knowledge on Computer Networking, IT management, - Required skills on corporate dealing, sales and marketing, problem-solving - Required knowledge on relevant product & Sales and customer care- Must possess excellent communication skills, good command of English and self-motivated and can work under pressure- Must have good interpersonal skill- Being a solid team player- Must have at least 2 year-experience in related field - Must have experience on business planning, market research, project management and government relationships related to ICT Sector - Must have experience on network designing, planning and management
