-Overall Responsibility and Accountability:
-Financial & Cost Management, Monitoring of Effective Internal Control Pre Audit Management, Budgeting and Budgetary Control and Administrative Work
Key Accountability:
(1) To be Economy, Efficiency & Effectiveness in all transactions
(2) To overview daily transactions
(3) To present the reports to Management effectively daily, monthly, yearly.
(4) To.do Administrative work

Key Tasks:
(1) To supervise all financial assistants’ performance (if any)
(2) To review the reports presented by financial assistants (if any)
(3) To ensure that all accurate and complete financial information are presented to Management in timely manner
(4) To analyse financial data and report interpretation of analysis findings and suggest comment on improvement to management
(5) To guide and check costing calculation for pricing strategy
(6) To prepare forecasts to assist Management’s business strategy
(7) To present financial reports to Management (Including SOFP, SOPOL and SOCF)
(8) To ensure that all financial data and documents are organized and maintained properly
(9) To monitor Internal Control & Accounting System and discussion with Management team to solve out the problem whenever it is necessary
(10) To deal with the company tax matters
(11) To arrange pre audit programs regularly
(12) To prepare cash flow
(13) To prepare budget at the beginning of the year and Quarterly
(14) To preform budgetary control procedures monthly and present finding to Management
(15) Any other tasks assigned by Management

Experience & Educational Requirements
- B.Com & CPA(Fresher) & ACCA (Strategic Level) with at least 5years experience in Accounting fields
- English 4 Skill
