REPORTING TO: ACCOUNT DIRECTOR/BUSINESS UNIT LEAD
1. Account Management
Maintain good working relationship with the assigned account/s
Assure close coordination with the key stakeholders both internal and external
Understand the assigned accounts’ business nature and monitor its performance as well as its respective key competitors
Key point of contact for all assigned account/s
Internal communication with content team and social media team
Constant coordination with 3rd party vendors and/or KOLs
Maintain a list of clients assigned with the latest contact details and profiling
2. Project Management
Assure smooth execution of campaigns and timely implementation of scheduled projects
Management of schedule and project timeline
Preparation of content calendar
Monitoring of campaign performances and assure successful roll-out with close monitoring of KPI’s and target deliverables
Prepare campaign reports in coordination with the internal team and reporting/presentation to clients
Monitoring of campaign budget and making sure that margins are maintained
Work closely with the internal team to make sure that deliverables are executed in time and in accordance to the approved campaign plan
Application of best practices to assure success of each campaign
Preparation of post mortem campaign report/final report for each completed project
Maintain a database of case studies for future reference of the entire accounts team
3. Finance and Commercial Management
Develop campaign budget in coordination with the Business Unit Lead
Process campaign invoices in coordination with the internal Finance Manager
Follow-up and communicate invoice due dates with the respective assigned account/s and to assure timely receipt of payment
Continuous sourcing of 3rd party vendors, suppliers and partners to make sure that each campaign maintains at least 40% margin
Submission and proper filing of corresponding financial reports in the internal portal
Work closely with the assigned Business Unit Lead to assure continuous business pipeline and new business
Processing of all related project reimbursements
4. General Administration
Actively participate in the internal training and development
Actively propose ways to improve internal and external processes to enhance the quality of deliverables
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
